Ever wanted a chance to see these majestic creatures up close?  Well now you have the opportunity, Santa Barbara offers ideal conditions for seeing a variety of large whales and dolphins.  Always a fun day trip, but make sure to call ahead and make a booking.  Cruises for whale watching can be found both near Santa Barbara Harbor or further south along Hwy 101 at Ventura Harbor.

Santa Barbara County features some of California's greatest winery's.  Look into booking a wine tour through multiple wineries throughout the Santa Ynez Valley region, or if you have a specific winery in mind, many wineries offer daily tastings and tours.  A perfect way to spend a relaxing day, viewing the gorgeous California countryside sipping California wine.
